During the User Centered Design workshop given by Jodi Forlizzi (June 2020), we were asked to develop a retail service design in the times of a global pandemic. We designed the service for La Feltrinellli, a renowned Italian bookstore. This service exercise was notably interesting as we started with the matchmaking in order to generate the concept.
